Pumpkin and apple dessert
Products:
400 gr. pumpkin
400 gr. apples
150 gr. sugar
30 gr. walnuts
2 yolks
250 ml. white wine
the peel from ½ of an orange
10 gr. butter
Preparation:
Clean, wash and cut in pieces the apples and the pumpkin. Mix them with the stirred yolks, sugar, wine, ground walnuts, and cut in small pieces orange peel. Stir everything well. Pour the mixture in greased pan and bake in the oven at moderate temperature.
